Come in right away if your pet shows any of these signs. If you’re unsure, call us at (613) 968-9956. It’s always fine to ask.

Do I need an appointment?
No. We’re an emergency hospital, so you don’t need an appointment. Please call before you leave so we can prepare for your pet and give you directions.
Why might another pet be seen before mine?
We see patients in order of medical urgency, not arrival time. A pet with trouble breathing or heavy bleeding is treated first. We’ll keep you updated while you wait.
How much does an emergency visit cost?
It depends on what your pet needs. Before any treatment, your vet explains the options and the cost so you can decide together. We’ll work with you on a plan that fits.
Will my regular vet know about the visit?
Yes. We send your pet’s records and test results to your regular veterinarian so they can take over follow-up care.
